Welcome to my blog. I wanted to expand on my recipe site for some time now, but I was sure how to integrate ideas and thoughts that are at times off the subject of “pure Italian recipes,” so I decided to start a blog.

My blog begins with Italian cooking just as I do it here at home in Italy and from there I will explore many ideas, recipes and topics  that may or may not be related to Italy, though always related to cooking!
